Los chatinos y otros pueblos indígenas tienen derecho a una educación, medicina, y otros servicios en sus propias lenguas.

Chatinos and other indigenous people have a right to education, medical consultation, and other services in their native languages.

According to UNESCO: Over the past century alone, around 400 languages – about one every three months – have gone extinct, and most linguists estimate that of the world's remaining 6,500 languages will be gone by the end of this century. We want our Chatino languages to flourish and pass on to the next generations.

Según la UNESCO: Solo durante el siglo pasado, alrededor de 400 idiomas, aproximadamente uno cada tres meses, se han extinguido, y la mayoría de los lingüistas estiman que de los 6.500 idiomas que quedan en el mundo habrán desaparecido para fines de este siglo. Queremos que nuestras lenguas chatinas prosperen y se transmitan a las próximas generaciones.
